    【教师培训】为未知而教 为未来而学——万科双语学校2020暑期教师成长计划系列报道之一

    万双网讯   为构建教师、学校命运共同体,使万科双语学校得以可持续发展,8月21日,万科双语学校2020暑期教师成长计划正式启动。


    VBS News Net: VBS has launched teachers' development programme in summer 2020 since 21st August to allow sustainable development of VBS and to build a shared future between teachers and school.

    建校两年来,万科双语学校沿着杨帆校长制定的办学方略健康发展,赢得了良好的社会口碑,学校的愿景、学生成长目标、学??纬烫逑倒闶茉抻?。本学期,万科双语学校又有一批师生加入万双大家庭,为打造一支高素质、高效率、高执行力的教师团队,8月21日全天,针对新员工的系列培训活动如期展开。


    Followed Principal Yang's development plan in the past two years, VBS has gained recognition from society by its vision, cultivating goals, and curricula. A group of new teachers and students will join VBS at this upcoming semester.

    杨帆校长做了“让孩子站在未来中央”的主题讲座。她以大量生动的事例指出:由于人工智能的发展,人类社会将面临更大的挑战……面对不可预知的未来,生活在未来的孩子,想要有未来时代的竞争力,想要主宰未来的自然与社会,需要有超越人工智能的能力。那么,要面向未来,学校需要转型,教师需要改变,课程需要超前设计。在学校里,什么才是值得学习的知识?我们需要更深刻地关注未来:我们的孩子在未来将面临的自然与社会是什么样子?因此,万科双语学校秉承为未知而教,为未来而学的办学理念,以培养人格健全、学力卓越,具有国际视野和家国情怀,敢于创造美好未来的中国公民为目标和学生成长目标,倾力打造面向未来的一流学校。


    Principal Yang delivered speech 'Let our children experience the future'. She brought out vast examples of challenges human society would face in light of AI development. Living in the future, students ought to have the ability to supersede AI. The curriculum had to be designed to tailor the future as both schools and teachers required transformation. But What was the knowledge that was worth learning by students? Hence VBS followed 'Teach for the unknown, study for the future' to cultivate Chinese citizens who possess sound personality, academic excellence international horizons, patriotism and the courage to create a better future as it aimed to build future-oriented first class school.

    杨校长对学校学生成长目标做了深入解读,强调要将培养学生健全的人格放在第一位。学校努力打造鲜明的办学特色:小班制的个性化教学,沉浸式的双语教学,全球化的教育合作,世界前沿的VBS课程体系,信息化的自然学园。


    Principal Yang explained VBS cultivating goals and emphasised to cultivate students' sound personality first. VBS strived to have featured characteristics - small-sized personalised teaching, immersive blingual teaching, globalised cooperation in education, world-leading VBS curriculum and IT-based learning space.

    学校创造性地开设了人生规划课、人工智能课、建筑课、万双云课等等,外教足球、戏剧、音乐、艺术、数学等中西融合课程成效显著。学?;谄还低车腗ac及iPad终端开展教学,独有的万双云课,让学生触摸未来,走进人工智能时代。学校系统规划和开展综合实践课程,提高学生领导力、学习力。目前学校学生社团、选修课、PBL项目制学习持续开展,并已取得卓越的成果。


    VBS innovatively offered Life Planning, AI, Architecture, VBS Cloud Lesson and Drama, Music, Arts, Mathematics, Football taught by international teachers, which had significant results. Teaching was conducted based on Mac and iPad gadgets and VBS Cloud Lesson allowed students to experience the future - AI era. VBS planned comprehensive curriculum to improve leadership and study ability. VBS would continue student societies, elective and PBL which had received productive results.

     

    杨校长强调,学校用丰富的课程为孩子们多多打开一扇扇窗,多多提供孩子生命创造的养分。希望每一位孩子都具有乐观、坚毅、包容的素养以及卓越的创造力与持久的好奇心。教育工作者要以一种全新的视角来看待教育,在教育中既关注已知,也关注未知;用“未来智慧”的教育视角,来反映我们对将来可能发生的事的推测,并且借以帮助学生掌握能够应对未来所发生的一切事情的灵活知识。我们用创造,预见孩子们美好的未来。


    Principal Yang emphasised that VBS opened up students' possibilities by abundant lessons and provided necessary elements for them to thrive. She hoped every student to possess grit, inclusiveness, optimism, excellent creativity and constant curiosity. Educators ought to view education from a new perspective to focus on both the unknown and the known. Hence they could predict the events in future from the future wisdom perspective to assist students to make sense of the knowledge learnt. We would create and foresee the future of students.

    校长助理郑世英以“新起点,再出发”为题,阐述了VBS的为师观、学生观。她从教师法对教师职业界定解读了教师这个岗位的专有属性,指出选择教师就等于选择了某种道德生活方式,师德是评价教师的第一标准。VBS的教师应该追求“学为人师,行为世范”,热爱教育、热爱学生,成为努力、勤奋的终身学习者。同时她从调查实据分析入手,深入浅出说明学生和教师观点、想法、需要等方面的不同,强调教师对待学生首先要公正,然后是尊重。尊重差异性,多鼓励,少表扬;多描述,少评价……教师要做有智慧的引领者,与学生共同成长。


    Assistant Principal Ms. Zheng explained the values of teachers and students by speech 'New beginning'. She explained the unique properties of teachers using Law of Teachers to state that being teachers would choose certain lifestyle with moral code as their morality would be the first criterion of judgement. VBS teachers ought to love education and students when becoming lifelong learners. She used investigation materials to explain how opinions, thoughts, needs differed between students and teachers. She also demanded teachers to be fair before respect - respect difference with more encouragement, description and less judging or praise. Teachers ought to be intelligent leaders and thrive with students.

    最后,她以万科十句大白话送给老师们,祝福老师们在新的团队中迅速成长,为“让学生站在未来中央”而一起努力!


    Finally, she sent Vanke top ten sentences to teachers and wished them to thrive in new teams and work hard for letting our students experience the future. 


    龚雪主任:希望新员工快速融入团队

    Ms. Gong: New staff should blend in quickly


    人力资源中心龚雪主任带领全体新员工系统学习了员工手册,对学校各项规章制度进行了详细解读。其中包括教师礼仪、考勤管理制度、作息时间、奖惩机制等,要求新员工全面熟悉学校各项事务程序,快速融入团队。


    Head of HR Ms. Gong led new staff to study staff manual carefully on all school regulations, including teachers' etiquette, attendence management, working hours and penalty schemes. She asked everyone to familiarise the procedures and blend in quickly.

    本次培训为新员工迅速融入团队、认同学校办学理念、明确奋斗目标等提供了平台,对于提高教师专业素养具有重要意义。万科双语学校将继续开展形式多样的培训活动,努力将学校建成“学生、教师和家长共同成长的地方”,用教师的成长促进学生的卓越成长。


    This training session has helped new staff to blend in quickly, assimilate school philosophies and specify objectives while improving teachers' professional skills. VBS will continue to organise multiple training workshops to faciliate students' growth by developing teachers and making the school a place where parents, students and teachers thrive.
